Instructions!! -- If inquiring about your order, we need your name used on your order (first and last name) and a working email / phone number to contact you.
We respond to all email promptly.
Order Status Requests - Please do not repeatedly ask for "order status". Read the Shipping times page first, this is our best estimate of how long it takes before your order ships. We send tracking numbers for all shipments via email. If you cannot be patient on your order -- do not order.
CHECK YOUR EMAIL - A suprising number of people do not check their email in a timely fashion, give us invalid email addresses or never check their spam folder and think we've never responded. We respond to all emails!
We do not use any emailing lists whatsoever, so you will never receive any email from us or from our suppliers unless this pertains to your order. We respect your privacy!
All Orders MUST be placed through our online shopping cart in, or by mail (read instructions by mail here). You can also check your total shipping cost by simply using the shopping cart (add in the items and enter in your zipcode). Our shopping cart is secure with a $50,000 site security guarantee.
